End-User License Agreement
General information about software use and data sharing. Product-specific terms are set out in the applicable agreement.
ATC Group operates through registered entities in the markets it serves. The relevant supplier, product, scope, price and support terms are identified in the applicable quotation or agreement. Contact us for the documents relevant to you.
Applicable agreement
Visiting this website or requesting a demonstration does not create a software licence. Use of a product follows the accepted quotation or agreement with the named provider. That document sets the users, sites, features, fees, term, updates and support that apply.
Software use and rights
Use the software within the agreed scope, protect access credentials, and do not copy the software or access another party's data without permission. Customers retain rights in their own data and supplied materials. Rights in products, brands and custom work follow the applicable agreement.
Data sharing
Customers must have the right to provide data used with the service. ATC and relevant service providers may use and share it as needed to deliver or support the agreed service, subject to the applicable privacy and data-processing documents. Those documents describe the parties' roles, recipients, security, transfers and data return or deletion.
