You can reuse your existing equipment, including older devices, or even use your own phone. ATC POS runs across multiple platforms and devices. ATC can help you with setup and connections so you can get started with the equipment that suits your needs.
This depends on the existing system, its export formats and the data you want to retain. List the menus or products, customer records, appointments and transaction history you need to move. Agree the import scope, reconciliation checks and costs before implementation.
Pricing depends on the product and agreed delivery scope, including setup, migration, training and customization. Ongoing ATC technical work or frequent changes can be covered by a separately agreed monthly support plan. Confirm the contracting party, invoicing and support contact before work begins.
Yes. ATC provides training and comprehensive documentation tailored to your needs, goals and users. We work with you to plan setup, training and the start of operations. The implementation schedule depends on your equipment, data and customization needs.

For each product and market, ATC and the partner agree who sells, signs the customer agreement, invoices, deploys and handles first-line support. ATC can provide implementation, training, documentation and technical support within the agreed scope. Confirm these responsibilities before offering the product to customers.
